Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2nd time ordering these. Great colors. Good value. I bought these last year and ordered again this year when they went on clearance after Christmas. I used them outdoors, so yes, they do fade in the sun. But the colors are so pretty. I might try a UV protectant spray next year. I placed my order on January 6th, and it arrived on January 19th. The plastic containers the balls come in were both significantly crushed on one side, but the balls seem to be intact, so I don't mind. The shipping box itself was in perfect condition, so the crushing must have happened in the packing process, not during shipping.

Unfortunately I didn’t realize that I was ordering from a store with the worst online delivery system in existence. I can’t event cancel the order despite Christmas being a few days away.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from First and Last Purchase from JoAnn.com I placed my first online order with JoAnn on Novemeber 29, 2023 for shatter-proof Christmas tree ornaments. Our twin grandchildren are 20 months old and we didn't want broken glass ornaments on the floor all around the Christmas tree. After placing the order, I received an immediate email confirmation but no delivery date. My order remained "in processing" for over a week, so I contacted JoAnn on December 7th about the delivery. I never got a reply, but I received a partial shipment on December 12th. I contacted JoAnn a second time on December 12th about the remaining order. Again, I did not get a reply, but I received the remaining order on December 16th. I liked the quality of the ornaments (a 4 - 5 star rating), but JoAnn order processing was very slow (2 star rating), they shipped the ornaments in poorly sealed, oversize boxes with no cushion material (2 star rating), and their customer communication was simply awful (1 star rating). Clearly, we needed the Christmas tree ornaments delivered well before December 25th. Not knowing if or when or what condition the ornaments would arrive created a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety during the busy days before Christmas. There are many stores (brick-and-mortar and online) that sell the same fine products as JoAnn without all of delivery anxiety and poor customer service communication. I will be making my future purchases at these other stores next Christmas season.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tree Ornaments NOT DELIVERED Ordered in November! It’s now December 10 and they are still ‘processing’!! THESE ARE TREE ORNAMENTS FFS!!!! I have contacted customer service, but still haven’t received a response. If you can’t fulfill Christmas orders in November then don’t offer them for delivery. This is ridiculous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty colors I bought these and a few other ornaments. These are the obky ones i received, but they are beautiful. My 2 year old threw thew around and they really are shatterproof. I would recommend buying in store and not online, though. They don't have a great system apparently.
