Damaged plastic container
I received this large plastic container damaged. It was shipped in a very large box and had no padding. It’s plastic and should have had bubble wrap. Very disappointed.

Poor service
It has been more than 3 weeks since I ordered 2 of these boxes. And I had to reach out to Joanne’s to ask about the delay.
Today I received the boxes packed in a cardboard box with no packing material. Guess what happened? Yep. Two corners are cracked and broken on both boxes. I can’t locate a number to call. Had to send an email. I guess I will wait some more.

Terrible shipping
The bins arrived in an oversized box without any packing. Edges of every box were broken. The question is whether Joann will replace them.

It holds a lot of yarn!
This bin is great for storing my excessive amounts of yarn. I’ve bought three. I like the wheels on the bottom and the lids have notches on top so you can stack the bins and there’s a place for the wheels to go. The lids snap on securely and everything seems sturdy.

I always like to have clear storage boxes so I don't have to go through each one to find what I need and the wheels on the bottom...what an added bonus! Makes it so much easier to move around.
