Inexpensive fix for sofa cushions!
Our 8 year old Lazyboy couch was in great shape except doe the tires cushions. I was ready to take them to an upholsterer but decided to try my hand at adding a layer of foam first. The foam was easy to cut using a bread knife, starting with the point first in the foam. I used a paper sack to help slide the foam into the cushion as it required little muscle due to the friction caused by multiple layers. I am extremely happy with the result and feel we will easily get another couple of years out of this couch.

Amazing!!
I bought this to re-upholster some dining room chairs, and I was pleasantly surprised by how thick and amazing it is! My siblings couldn't stop climbing on it and saying how it was so cool and so awesome. I realized that I had only ordered 2 yards of foam, instead of the 4 1/2 yards of foam I would need. The quality of it is stupendous and everyone was so amazed at how thick it was and to demonstrate, put it on one of the chairs i was going to pad, and was awestruck by how nice it felt.
Overall, Amazing, a nice color, and everybody loved the good quality of it.

No more board butt!

Replaced foam in sofa cushions
I replaced the foam in the cushions on my 20 year old patio furniture. The sofa is even more comfortable now than when new. Foam easy to cut with bread knife. Love it!

Here's how to easily cut it!
Excellent product, nice and firm. Used it for cushions on some mid-century modern chairs, worked great.
NOW...Here's the easiest way to cut foam, since I noticed there are a lot of reviews commenting on how difficult it is to cut this: Discovered this 17 yrs. ago, and works like a charm every time! Just get yourself one of those electric, turkey carving knives (I've seen them for as low as $10), and it vibrates and saws it's way through the foam effortlessly, without having to squish or squash or pinch the foam together. Just be super careful so you don't cut yourself (it is like a bread knife after all, only BETTER!)

Feels and looks expensive as chair cusions.
I knew this form as I used it when reupholstering my other dining set and love it! It feels expensive on chairs because of thickness and density. I ordered previous ones online as separte cushions but it took about a month to receive them. Our closest JoAnn is about 30 mi away so while in that area I tried and order 2 yards online for store pick up. It was ready for my pick up in about half hour! I like the product and service this time :)

Good foam, wrong measurements
The foam good quality and no complaints there. My only issue is that the listing said it was exactly 24" wide, which is exactly what I needed for my project. When it arrived it was 24 1/2", so I had to cut an awkwardly small piece off against the length of 70" which was a pain in the butt.

Great product at a great price
I searched far and wide trying to find a supplier for this product. It was either crazy expensive or unavailable. Finally someone suggested Joann and there it was, high quality at a reasonable price and available locally, no mail order necessary and I could order online. After placing the order I got an email telling me I could stop in at my local store and pick it up. So convenient and the motorcycle seat I am working on is now moving toward completion.

Durable foam - difficult to cut
Bought this foam to use for seat cushions, and it is serving its purpose well. The trouble I had was in cutting it - I used a bread knife, and 'sawed' at it. Needless to say, I needed ot use a different tool to not get such jagged edges. Good news - its in a cushion, so never will be seen.

Custom cushions at a fraction of the cost!
Excellent purchase - excellent price! I purchased this additional padding to reinforce my one-of-a-kind homemade cushions that I made over 5 years ago. Nothing like custom cushions for a custom patio. Joann makes it "sew easy" to be creative!! I still love my fabric and my cushions are "sew" comfortable.
