Baking strips
Yes, the baking strips work as promised - even bake and no dome on cake top! After so many years of baking, how is it that I never knew about cake strips?!! I needed to use safety pins to keep the strips taut on the pans so that's why minus one star.

Flat cakes
I never heard of these strips until a few months ago. They help your cake layers come out flat, without doming in the middle, so you don’t have to cut the tops to make even layers.

Indispensable!
Every cake recipe and baker on Youtube should tell you how necessary these are! I can't believe I went so long without using cake strips. Before, I would end up trimming about 20% of the cake away to try to get it to look nice and cylindrical. With these strips, the cakes turn out perfectly cylindrical and no trimming is necessary! And there is no hard crust either, just soft cake all the way through! And these are so inexpensive, I don't know why everybody doesn't have them. I'm going to get some for my family.

A CAKE BAKING LIFESAVER!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Up until a month ago, I had no idea what BAKING STRIPS were at all. I figured it was inevitable that my cakes would puff up in the middle and be a little well done on the edges. Until I discovered that putting wet baking strips around the pans before putting them in the over changed it all. Not only are my cakes perfectly even (no puffing in the middle) but baked totally even inside! They look like I got them from a bakery. I think its time to get some more CELEBRATE IT products to take my baking to the next level!

Great Tool For Baking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These worked great for our cakes. We followed the directions and placed the batter in the pans and placed the pans into the oven. Cake was done and it remained flat; very easy to frost the cake without having to cut the top off. Would recommend this product to any baker new or experienced.

Where have you been all my Life!
The perfect level cake! For years I have sliced of the top leaving crumbs or just allowed my cakes to be more natural giving a domed look. Works great

They work!
