Easy to work with Loop Yarn
I love way this yarn fills and how easy to work with. I’m 72 years old and I worked with this yarn for last four years. I make afghans for our missionaries of our church. I can make them 50 in x 72 in , in about two weeks. I love this yarn.

The best yarn
I love this yarn! I have no prior knitting experience but I’ve made all kinds of projects with this yarn. It’s ultra soft, works up really fast, and just feels comfortable and cozy. My only complaint is that the colors online don’t match the colors in real life very well. For example, I loved the blue sky color way on the website and I loved that it had some white in it but in reality it is shades of blue and gray.

Very soft loop yarn
What I like about this yarn is the softness. However, I do not like the consistent pattern throughout the yarn. It ends up leaving dark and light patches in your final piece. Some of the other brands have more random patterns which allow for a better-looking final product. Also, the dye lots can be very inconsistent. If you are going to order online, you may end up having to go to the store to swap out, which in the end saves you no time in shopping. The price is also very high. Wait for it to go on sale and use a coupon in order for it to be a reasonable price.

Yarn is awesome, but website colors not accurate
The yarn itself is fantastic - warm, fluffy, and soft. It's very easy to work with. But I wanted to share my experience with buying Blue Lagoon online because it appears to be an aqua/teal color on the website. This color wasn't offered at my local store, so I took a chance, because the website image made it seem that it would be a great alternating color to use with Seaport Teals. Blue Lagoon is actually a very bright turquoise. It's a pretty color, but it does not blend with Seaport Teals. I added a photo to show the two side-by-side. Hoping this might help others trying to choose colors for their projects!

Not bad, could be better
I bought this yarn just to try chunky loop yarn. You can make a 40×50 blanket with 5 skeins. Yarn is fluffy and loops are fine, but some loops were of lighter color and there was a break of yarn in one skein. Disappointing. Though JOANN is the best as always.

I love this yarn!! I don't knit or crochet but with this, I can make beautiful blankets! I have used Bernat alize ez yarn, bernat ez wool and lion brand off the hook. The bernat seems more consistent but some colors are worse than others.

Great but not
Usually use lion brand yarn but I needed a pink so went with this brand. I’m noticing it’s not that thick, I’m having to pull loops up and some loops are not together only a tiny string. I’m hoping it holds up and doesn’t break. First bundle I used I barley pulled and it kept breaking a big chunk of loops…Only thing I like is the colors they have and the bundles are bigger than Lion brand.

Soft and easy to work with
Bernat Alize Blanket EZ Yarn is simply the best loop yarn out there! It is super soft and warm, and it's easier to work with than other brands of poly loop yarn, which have a stiffer feel. I also appreciate the wide variety of colors available. I have made several blankets and scarves as gifts, and everyone loves them. This yarn is pricey but well worth it when you take advantage of Joann's coupons and sales.

Comfy and Soft!!
The yarn is so soft and it makes a nice warm, comfy blanket. It is really easy to make the blanket, you just have to make sure you pay attention so you do not skip a loop. I purchased about 6-8 packs to make a blanket with 30-35 chains across for a 5'5 lady. I tried getting the less expansive brand of yarn, but it requires more packs and not as thick as this one. I am finding most of the colors are not in stock at the store and online. That makes me unhappy!! Awesome brand and it seems to be on sale a lot!! Wait for the sale to purchase!

Normally love this yarn but........
I have been purchasing a lot of this yarn. I have made 12 blankets so far. Normally it is good quality and the loops are fluffy. Lately there has been knots in the strands that I have had to cut out and the yarn has been thin in a lot of areas. The yarn is not cheap so you think that quality control would be better. Try not to order online either so you can see the quality of what you are purchasing. One of my orders from Joannes was so bad that I had to return 1/2 of the order due to the yarn being ugly and pressed down.

Great for beginners
I have made 3 blankets so far using lion brand off the hook yarn and now working on my 4th. Overall this yarn is very beginner and user friendly. I have no experience prior to crochet or knitting and I caught on to this quickly with the help of YouTube. I used 9-10 skeins to make 2 of my blankets. The other was a baby blanket. The quality of the yarn is decent I’ve used dark and stormy, blue sapphire, and the crayola colors. The quality control was the worst I saw with the blue sapphire yarn. I had an issue with one skin missing almost a whole rows worth of loops which was frustrating to have to stop and start again but other than that I had no issues. It isn’t as soft as comparable brands but definitely makes a soft, thick, and warm blanket. For the price I definitely recommend especially if you’re a beginner like me with yarn crafts.

I bought 4 skeins total of the Bernat Alize Blanket EZ yarn in shades cream and almond to create a floor cushion/foot rest. I was skeptical of loop yarn at first, but it turned out to be a game changer! The material is resilient; it doesn’t snap easily and stays consistent. if you’re new to crochet or knitting or simply have a hard time keeping count of your stitches, EZ yarn is definitely for you!

Easy to make, but can’t be washed
I bought this and was able to make a large blanket in only a few days. It was fairly easy and I loved how soft it was. However, when it came time to wash it, it was ruined. I used the gentle cycle and yet still, pieces came off and it’s unfixable, looks weird... there goes money down the drain for a blanket I only used less than a month. So disappointed. What the point if you can’t even wash it?

Great quality yarn
This is my absolute favorite yarn to work with. I have made dozens of scarves and several blankets with it! A word of caution - Dusty Rose is not one solid color. I was very disappointed when I ordered this and received yarn that was various shades of purple. I personally don’t like patterned yarn, so I will be returning. All other colors that I’ve ordered were totally fine.
