    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better Stitches I bought these needles based on the recommendation of a professional hand applique quilter, and have been using them for 2 months now. They are very sharp and thin, but strong. Because the needles are black, you can see exactly where your needle placement is as you stitch. They are more expensive than most needles, but for almost invisible applique stitches, I think these are worth the price!
