Perfect material for skirts, pants or dresses
Very pretty, not too thick material and very easy to mix with other clothing. Doesn’t shrink very much (if at all) after washing and prior to sewing so you don’t have to purchase overage. The pattern is more subtle than the image. I wish this was made in a dark gray and also a deep maroon - would definitely purchase

This fabric is light and I love the color. The skirt came out perfect. I had take a part some demon pants to create a skirt and I have a one of a kind skirt. The fabric matched well.

Textile lesson
My 8 year old granddaughter picked this fabric for a skirt she made. Her instructor told her she needed something heavy, like denim, for the pattern. This lead to many questions from her about textiles. She asked why it couldn’t be cotton or knit. We spent a lot of time exploring the store and discussing the differences in fabrics and why some are better than others for certain projects. It lead to getting books from the library on textiles.
Her skirt is beautiful and she is so proud to wear it and tell her friends about it.
