excellent color selection
The colors are all very vibrant and shiny. The fabric is very silky and fairly thick handed for the price. I've used it in lots of projects from garments to home decor and has held up better much better than other poly satins I've used and it drapes quite well. It is a high gloss material - so it does not photograph well in eveningwear situations. It's also a fairly delicate material, it's not designed for heavy use satin items as "dutchess" satin would be, however, it's stronger and more lush than costume satin.

not bad for the price
I have been purchasing Casa for years, for bridesmaids and high school band dresses. For bridesmaids it great. For dresses worn over and over it doesn't seem to hold up well. Ordered many bolts over the years and it does seem to be slightly different weight from bolt to bolt sometimes.

Great fabric
I used the white for my Weiss Schnee costume and I love the look of it. It looks very professional and elegant. Since its polyester it was difficult to dye and especially difficult to gradient dye but it turned out great and I'm glad I decided to use this fabric

Great variety and colors!
I bought Casa satin fabric for dresses for my bridesmaids and I bought the matching Casa crepe for two of my bridesmaids who are expecting and we thought the crepe would flow better for that! I'm thankful Casa makes a nice variety of colors and several types of fabric for each shade!

Great fabric quality!!
This fabric is heaver than the costume satin you find in the stores but not as shiny, and not as easy to ravel. I bought 18 yards of fabric for a theater production and assumed that it would be in one piece, but it came in two pieces. (a bolt may only hold 15 yards)

Great fabric, not the color I was looking for
So Casa has this beautiful ombre in a spring green that I wanted to match up with the satin. I ordered what I thought would match and it didn't (satin was more blue-green than the yellow-green I needed). Still searching. My online purchase was great though. Easy to order and received the material two days later. Easy return also :)

My favorite fabric!!
I use this fabric in several colors to make long ball skirts and short full skirts for my etsy shop. It is amazing! It can be washed and dried and comes out perfect.

Love the Casa Satin, it's so soft and silky!
I purchased the Casa Satin Fabric for my Seamstress to make a Pointed and Notched Notched Collar with Pockets Blouse for me. The Casa Sain fabric is a soft and silky fabric. Casa Satin is the PERFECT fabric for making Blouses!

Discontinued Colors...
PLEASE bring back Hunter Green Casa Satin! There are many colors that have been discontinued which have been used for many people's Sailor Moon costumes for years. Please bring them back!

Limited Color Selection for Casa Satin
I have been purchasing the Casa Collection Satins for years but I am extremely disappointed in the recent color selections. It seems as though there are fewer and fewer colors to select from. I love the quality if the satin but the color selection is terrible compared to a year ago!!

Surprised by Quality
Made a wedding gown using Casa satin. The bride has store discounts so I was required to use fabric from Joann's. I've always been leery of satin that is less than a duchesse in a good weight. I loved sewing with this fabric. I will put it to the top of my list for future projects. Just wish there were a few more colors.

Beware of pictured colors
I recently purchased this fabric in what I believed to be a light yellow. To my surprise when it arrived it was a bright lime green. I know that colors can vary on different monitors but this is ridiculous.

durable, but not enough variety
I love this fabric. I've sent it through the washing machine with no ill effect, it stands up to heavy wear, and the matte finish photographs so much better than the cheap awful costume satins. I just wish it came in any useful color! The jade is now discontinued, and there's not a good sky blue shade--the Blue Radiance is more of a robin's egg, too far off for me to use. This satin used to come in so many great colors; I don't have a good way to dye five yards of polyester in my small apartment!!

This collection is amazing I use it for almost every costume or gown that I make. The verity of colors leads to multiple options and the quality is great, have made costumes 2-3 years ago and the color and fabric texture have not changed.

Love this!
I have actually used this for curtain for my bedrooms; it's machine washable and only little ironing needed. Looks great. I wanted to get more for curtains for my daughter's dining room and was disappointed they have discontinued the dark brown.

Casa Satin Fabric
I love this fabric! It looks beautiful underneath my students sculptures. I use it for display purposes only but it is good quality and doesn't snag easily. It looks beautiful on the scultpure stand and makes the art work pop. I can see this fabric making a beautiful dress.

Good fabric
I love useing this fabric! Have made many dresses useing this, and always comes very nice. I like that it's a matte finish and not shiny like some fabrics are. But I am sad they are discontinuing some of the color though.
