The only question I have is "how much fabric does one buy to make a certain number of yards of bias tape?" I purchased 1 1/4 yrds and ended up with 29yds of tape when I only needed 7yds. Also why does it not come in 1 1/2 size to make 3/4 inch tape.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from answer to question below... ..you feed the fabric in on the larger opening side... as you slowly pull it through, run a hot steam iron over it to make the crease.. its really simple and straight forward. directions on items are usually written on the back of the package as well...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is wonderful Not only do I quilt but I braid rag rugs by hand. After seeing this product I was reluctant to try it. I sure am glad that I did. As a rug maker, I fold about 32 or more yards just to make one rug. This is a huge help to me and will make production go alot faster now. I recommend this for any craft that requires folding of fabric.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product! This is so easy to use and the tape comes out perfect! For the material I was using I did use a little bit of spray starch when I ironed to keep the creases more crisp. I was very impressed with this!
