My Favorite Hooks
Love the handle and how smooth the metal hook is. Less pointy than some styles of hooks, so these work well for me with most yarns and projects. For amigurumi I might choose a pointier style of hook

Great for pencil grippers
These Amour crochet hooks are more comfortable than I expected. I normally have pain in my hand when I crochet, but using these really help lessen it (especially since I use the pencil grip and most ergonomic hooks I've seen are for knife grippers).

Clover Amour Hooks are Fantastic
These are some of the best crochet hooks I've owned. The hooks taper a bit compared to my former favorite in-line hook. The handles are wider and provide a better grip and the metal hook is smooth and glides through acrylic yarn which is my yarn of choice. They are on the pricey side but the quality and craftsmanship are worth it. I had just returned a Susan Bates hook set because of the defective paint. I decided to buy this one and I am not disappointed. I only wish I would have purchased it sooner instead of wasting money on the cheaper hooks.

Near perfect hook set
As a beginner crocheter I don't have a lot to compare these hooks too. I decided after purchasing a terrible set of cheap hooks that if I wanted to truly enjoy my new craft than I should get the best hooks I could afford. This set is near perfect, even for an inexperienced crocheter. I could feel how buttery smooth the shafts are, and it makes for a lovely experience. The ergonomic handles have no burrs in the rubber and keep the hands limber and without calluses. The only complaint I have is that the hooks are a bit too shallow for a beginner and occasionally the yarn just slips right off. This can be frustrating when you're crocheting at some speed. But still, I'm very happy with my purchase. Especially because I used a nice 60% off coupon.

Absolutely Love Them!
Always heard how amazing the Clover Armour hooks are but just couldn't bring myself to pay the price when I have so many hook sets already. I ended up needing a 4mm for a pattern and only had 4.25mm or 4.5mm so I went to buy a 4mm and the only 4mm was clover armour. So I used a coupon and got that. Instantly fell in love. Its such a smooth hook and the grip is perfect. I decided I did indeed need the full set, so I waited for a 60% off coupon and grabbed a set and I couldn't be happier. I will likely use coupons to get spares of the sizes I use most.
