Spools damaged
I ordered 4 spools of thread. The ends of two spools were damaged. The order was split and each order was shipped in an envelope large enough for 8-1/2 x 11 inch paper. JoAnn's needs to find a better way to ship!

Found my thread Thread!
The thread was just what I needed to complete my project and I was thrilled to be able to pick it up the very next day with curbside pickup. However, one of the spools of thread was dirty... the light blue thread was soiled like it had fallen into a puddle. Fortunately, I did not have to use that spool. I am hoping after I spool off the outer layer of thread, the rest of it will be ok. Would love to send you a picture, but cannot figure out how to do that!

Threads good. Shipping bad.
I needed thread for a Mask Project and found out through a lot of frustrating broken threads that the my sewing machine did not seem to like much (In all my years of sewing no one ever mentioned that thread have an expiration date) so I decided to eleviate my pain and purchased these threads on-line due to Stay Home Stay Safe orders.
