Problem resolved after switching to cotton thread
For years I used cotton covered polyester thread which worked fine. When I could no longer find it in the stores, I began to use polyester thread. I then started to have problems with my sewing machine where the bottom thread seemed to bunch up into big loops. I tried to adjust the settings, but nothing helped. After a visit to a repair shop and a lot of trial and error, I decided it might be the polyester thread and switched to all cotton, which is available at Joann's. Lo and behold no more problems with my sewing machine.

I prefer Coats & Clark threads because that's what I've been using all my life and that's what my sewing machine takes, not the foreign skinny spools that would simply fall off my machine!

Excellent Quality! C&C Never Disappoints
As I've said in my other reviews, bought this to go with a specific project. Thank goodness a different client wanted something brown, I was able to use this thread. It wont gather dust like the other items I've taken a loss on.
The thread itself is great quality, richly colored, and looks good in the project, as expected from Coats & Clark.
Dependable, and didnt break in my machine at all. Worked well with hand finishing as well.
Would definitely recommend this thread for your sewing needs. You can get it at most major craft stores.

It would not work in my sewing machine so I had to throw it away . You also cancelled my cloth order but sent this bad matching thread anyway. So I tried to use it to no avail . Plus you will force me to submit as no thanks only. Have you no shame ?
