Thread and responsiveness from joanns
It’s thread. I only received part of my order and did not get a satisfactory response about the rest. I ordered thread, interfacing and bias tape. I got the thread with no communication about the interfacing (5 yards) and bias tape. I have received no communication about the rest of my order. I will never again order online from Joann’s. As irritated as I am, I’m considering whether or not to shop in a Joann’s store again.

Amazing thread
I bought 2 of these yesterday in the color parakeet it matched perfectly to my quilt. Usually I have a problem with thread popping or breaking but this there did neither it worked like it was supposed to.
