Arm extension doesn’t line up properly.
The trimmer works great until the arm is extended, and doesn’t cut a straight line. The arm doesn’t seem to line up with the trimmer and the cuts are off by a 16th of an inch. Then a second cut is needed.

Not Great
I bought this due to my previous one (not a Cricut brand) just did not cut very well. This one I believe is worse. When trimming sublimation images it does not cut smooth and rips the paper at times. I have since purchased a rotary trimmer which is awesome!

Offer the blade holder as a stand-alone item
I love my portable trimmer and have replaced the blades several times. My question to the Cricut decision makers is: why isn't the blade holder available for purchase as a stand-alone item? Shouldn't we all be doing something to keep plastic out of the landfill? Cricut, do something for our environment and offer the blade holder as a single item so we don't have to toss a perfectly good trimmer into the landfill.

No replacement part!
I was very disappointed after ordering replacement blades to find out that the blade holder was not incBluded. After doing some research I found out it’s not available for purchase and the only way to acquire a new blade holder is to purchase a whole new trimmer. So now I have a trimmer with new blades that is useless.

swing arm broken
I just bought and opened this product. The swing arm was so tight almost fused. I applied some pressure and the arm came right off and the plastic was almost like fused. I will be returning.

Amazing toot that you must have, go for it
This is a pretty handy tool that fits perfectly on the table of an expert or a beginner alike, the blade is presto sharp and the extension ruler in the bottom is amazing to measure how much vinyl you want to cut, I highly recommend it

Now Useless
I have a couple of these trimmers, unfortunately all of them do not have the part that holds the blade in place. Now I can't use them because there isn't a replacement part for them. With these being really pricey, you would think that this part could be readily available. Pretty disappointing. However, when I could use them, I feel that they did a great cut and the scoring blade works great. Lining up the paper isn't as good as other trimmers I've used and it can be a little confusing on where the cut is going to be. especially at 2am while working on a last minute project. =P

Cricut Paper Trimmer.

Trimmer - simple & effective

Portable trimmer
I bought this a few months ago and was impressed to begin with. I haven’t used it much at all , probably less than five times at crops. Tried using it yesterday to cut mats and the paper shredded. This is very disappointing.

Tears paper, don't recommend
I had only owned this for about a week or so before it started ripping and tearing any page I tried to cut. I wasn’t even cutting thick pages, just pieces of printer paper. I’m extremely disappointed to say the least and wish I would’ve instead just spent more money on a different brand.

I loved my old Cricut trimmer, and this replacement one is very good, except on thing, the arms when you lift the clear plastic peace up to put the paper under to cut, come off everytime
