It would be set at 315 and then suddenly it would climb above 400. then get the ER message and shut off. At times I found it dangerous. I contacted Cricut customer support and they basically keep asking for stuff and closing tickets. I got the support person to say this is an issue that is not unique to me but the fix is to replace the unit...which they clearly did not want to do. I took videos, sent them all the proof of purchase info and kept following up.

The press worked as anticipated and comes with directions for heat and time required on many types of fabric. The easy to use start/stop, settings and on/off buttons make any project a breeze.
