The machine started showing a red light I tried to troubleshoot using every instruction given on the website help center and nothing worked. I called customer service talked to a wonderful person who was unfortunately unable to help. My machine is 3 years old and in great condition. A product with this much credibility should not be this poor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I want to marry my Explore Air 2 and make Joy Extras! I was introduced to the Explore Air 2 by a good friend who said "This machine will change the way you make your art." I gave her a patented "Uh-huh!" look. But she was right, this machine has changed the way I make my art. The Explore Air 2 is a sweet machine. It not only cuts a wide range of materials, vinyl, cardstock, etc, it also draws designs and then cuts them from the material. Hello stickers! It even debosses leather (oh yeah!). I think the only thing the Explore Air 2 cannot do is get up on the table and dance.
