Scores well but packaging is deceptive.
Needed a tool to score Christmas cards we are printing. For scoring, it does the job. However, the package indicated "score and cut without changing tools". Assumed the scoring tip could be changed out with a blade. Not so much. To score and cut requires an entire set of tools purchased separately that you might use the stylus in conjunction with.

Does not work - Expore 3
Rushed out and bought this for my Expore 3 so that I can use it when making cards. It does not work, doesnt even touch the cardstock! So frustrated and reading the reviews it is a common issue with the stylus! Come on Cricut, sort it out

Didn’t work
Bought this last weekend to use with my maker 3. Tried using to score little houses for Christmas decoration but machine says to insert scoring wheel. Guess I need to go get a scoring wheel.

Does it's job!
Fits and works perfectly with my Air. I do wish there was a way to apply more pressure for the scoring, but it was enough to easily make a fold for an envelope.

This is a game changer. I have yhe scoring wheel but it didnt scorenhard enough to see the lines. The Stylus is wonderful. So glad I bought it! recommend getting it. A bonus you don't have to change your blades.

posting a fix for the one star reviews
I have this stylus - it pops up as soon as the stylus hits the paper and doesn't score. I put masking tape on it at the clamp site and that worked perfectly. Have only used this once. Cricut should fix this.

Cricut stylus -don't try off brands in your machine.
I tried an off brand stulus and itndid not score in my
explore. In face, I broke the pen holder trying to push it down to make it work. No more substitutes for me-this Cricut stylus works fine.
