How To Get It

Das Smart is a new polymer, oven-hardening clay. Due to its excellent plasticity, it remains unvaried and compact before and after baking. All colors can be molded and combined. Das Smart is easy to bake in a standard kitchen oven at 130 degrees F for up to 30 minutes. Objects can be cooked several times to add new details and layers. Made in Italy, it is gluten-free and contains no animal-derived ingredients.

We've used this to make earrings and other jewelry items. It lasts well, cuts well and mixes well with other colors to make beautiful designs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Small amounts; don't mix with other clays [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because this clay has such a low bake temp, don't mix it with other polymer clays you might have lying around, or they won't bake correctly. Other than that, no complaints except that the packaging is a little deceptive on the amount of clay you'll get. This is clearly intended for experimentation, not production uses such as canes.

I love how easy and soft it becomes quickly. It is really easy to shape it, and create beautiful designs! I love it . The colors are beautiful, and after baking our beautiful projects the colors are even prettier. I love this product, and will definitely be buying more !

He likes to make little toys and these were perfect for that. I love that 12 colors come with this set instead of just a couple. My son was able to add variety to his figures with no problem.

I can’t wait to try these out. Maybe 20 years ago I had something like this and now I have a 3 year old I have this again. Although it’s too small for a toddler, I plan to make some little figures for her. Can’t wait to try it!

But I love the bold colors they are great for summer time. Easy to mold and form. I’m glad I was able to sample these and get a feel of them. I will now add these into my crafting rotation
