Disappointed
As another reviewer stated, the display shuts off quickly, and when you "wake" it up, it jumps 2 rows instead of one. I'm constantly having to recheck my rows. I'd be better off with a pencil and paper.

I think it's alright
I have a white one and a purple one that I've had for at least three years now and I've had no problem with them. Haven't had to change batteries or anything. Just don't press too hard on the button or you'll have extra rows counted for that you haven't completed yet. If you don't like this one try the Clover Knitting Counter Kacha Kacha Red. I like that one the best but I think It only goes up to 99 rows.

Works well. Good price
Works well. Find it convenient on finger as I’m less likely to “lose” it while sitting still as I do multiple items (pens, pencils, even crochet hook). Just have to make sure it has counted my row as it goes into sleep mode after several minutes to save battery. On the first press will wake it up and the second will record the next row.
