Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fun piece I love this piece. I have done it before, and think it is a great needlepoint for boys or girls. The only complaint I have regarding Dimensions Counted Cross kits - and I have another I bought at the same time - is that the canvas is as stiff as cardboard and extremely difficult to work. The instructions are clearly marked, but I would only recommend this product if Dimensions goes back to their old, softer canvas.

I broke it down to stitching 1 toy each week, 1 week for the shelf, 1 for the bow, etc. I carried it with me everywhere! No amount of time to spend on it was too small. I changed a few of the colors to blend better with the room decor. I made the deadline with some time to spare!! It framed beautifully and my son was very touched to receive such a personal family heirloom gift for his son. It is just an adorable item!
