Charming, but...
Not a beginner pattern. I would say intermediate? Maybe advanced intermediate? Two reasons: 1) you really need to understand how to plot your course because, 2) you can't afford to waste much thread.This kit does provide the amount of thread you need, even an excessive amount, IF you plot your course thoughtfully and understand achieving your directional crosses isn't always standard left to right. Once you really get that, and place your initial center stitches, a lot will fall in place and track nicely.
So, fun! Colors are exactly what I was hoping. But, really, no thread to spare. An education in how to be efficient. Watch your counts carefully, even a little frogging may make you sweat. But, regardless, I'd do it again.

Not happy
I bought this kit earlier this spring as I'm working through I find I don't have enough of a certain color to complete a flower. I wrote to Dimensions and all they did was send me the DMC cross reference chart so I could go buy some floss.
