Beautiful, But Difficult
I’m using this embroidery floss in Dark Gold to complete a rather large cosplay project. I’m hand-embroidering the dress. Let’s just say, I learned the hard way to use a very small amount of floss at a time. It tangled very easily. However, once you’re finished with your design, it does look lovely. Take your time with this floss. Be patient.

Glow is AMAZING
I'm specifically reviewing the glow in the dark floss. I haven't tried the others yet.
To start, I wouldn't recommend trying this if you're new to needlework. The strands HATE staying together, so it can tangle easily while stitching and it's a bit of a pain to thread. But as long as you're willing to take your time, it's a lot of fun to work with. I love the way it looks pure white but glows bright green. I'm always looking for excuses to make something glow, especially since I like to celebrate Halloween year-round.

poor quality
I purchased the metallic embroidery floss for Christmas projects that I'm starting already. I divided the metallic floss to use 2 strands. I was using it on 14 count aida fabric. The floss tangled, ripped very easily and did not slide well at all for this project. I went back to regular embroidery floss.

Gorgeous colors!
I used two of the teal metallics and a dark pink metallic along with some matte floss to make a mother and daughter matched shirt and onsie. The colors look great! My pictures don't do it justice!

Metallic Embroidery Floss
Perfect for adding a touch of metallic sparkle to projects. The floss selection i greater than at other it. The only trick: Making sure the floss ii about half the length you'd normally use when embroidering.
