Is there such a thing as great elastic?
The answer is yes! I am very sensitive to elastic, frequently feeling like it is cutting me off, or ruining the comfort of an otherwise terrific garment. It is very soft. They way it is knit/woven makes it give in the best way and the wide width keeps it from rolling. I have used it for everything from pajamas to skirts. I love this stuff.

I ordered online for pickup and was pleasantly surprised that the word “soft” is very accurate—I used the elastic to replace the cheap stuff that got all twisted up/warped in the waistband of a pair of joggers I bought a few years ago and it has worked great so far!

Very soft in all (good) sense of the word- soft to the touch, soft/gentle in stretch, soft/gentle in "squeeze" once the band is completed for a waist band. Its extremely comfortable to have in pajama pants and I would purchase again. Its quality is sturdy though.
