Love fold over elastic!!
I use this elastic for skirt waistbands. So much easier than casings and stiff elastic. This brand is the only brand I buy because it keeps its elasticity!

I use fold over elastic in the 1” size for binding in bags and backpacks. I ran out of what I usually use but thankfully JOANN’S had it. However, it was not the soft , pliable elastic that I need. It is much stiffer than I’d like☹️
