Nice elastic.
I find this elastic to work great at extending a waist band or adding height to a waist band easily done. It's a good quality product. For my size i can get two waist bands done with one roll. It's soft texture is nice.

Poor elastic
I ordered this 2 " elastic because the 1/4 " is out of stock. Planned on cutting to size as I have done before with elastic. When you try to cut this it just keeps fraying. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN QUALITY of this elastic !

Don’t cut this into smaller strips for face masks.
On the video for face masks it was said that we can buy wider elastic. This elastic comes apart if you cut it along its length.
