Add the Dritz Quilting Bamboo Point Turner & Presser to your sewing kit. This point turner and creaser is made of beautiful and durable bamboo and comes in handy in many ways. Use this versatile tool to turn points in collars, flaps, belts and appliques or to push out corners and remove basting stitches. The creaser on the other end is great to press seams when hand or foundation piecing for projects. Its round end can also be used to temporarily press and mark fabrics with a crease while the pointed end can be used to guide fabrics when machine stitching.

Helpful with Mini Easypress
I use this with my Mini Easypress to hold small folds of fabric I'm pressing. Like a lot of others, I've been making masks for others and this helps make the process safer, faster, and more uniform.

No Seamstress should be without this handy sewing
This handy little tool does even more than promised! Of course it is a creasing device that works like a charm; and it handles points and curves on 'turned' seams like a dream! But did you know it can pull your 'looped' thread through the sewing machine needle without scratching the machine? I use it every time I sew because my automatic threader never pulls the thread completely through the eye, leaving a loop that is impossible to pull through with my hands alone. The width of the item is also useful for estimating a quick inch if your tape measure isn't close by. Because I use the bamboo creaser all the time, I gifted the members of my sewing class with this tool for Christmas. No one who sew should be without it!

Great Little Helper!
Received this as a gift. Perfect for pushing fabric into corners to make nice points (e.g., orange peel quilt blocks or other crafts) and convenient pressing tool to replace finger pressing seams while at the sewing machine before pressing finished block with iron. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I wonder if a more slippery material (like plastic) would glide better on fabric when pressing the seams open -- even though this item works well for this task.
