It Does Breakdown
I don’t use this elastic a lot so my last package does have some age on it. About four years. I did test it before using on a last minute project and it breaks easily. Not down voting or saying don’t buy. It’s great for the needed application. It’s just doesn’t seem to be something to buy to “keep on hand”. Rushing out now to get a new package.

Expected clear transparent and it has a cloudy white pigment. Definitely noticeable :(
