Cleaning the Dritz Jumbo Lint Shaver
I just shaved a sweater that was really pilled. Thie shaver worked great to remove the pills. However, when I removed the lint collector, there was very little lint in it. Therefore I knew there had to be lots of lint in the blade section and I was unable to remove the lint in there. So I went over the sink, removed the lint collector, and turned the shaver on. A lot of lint blew out. Then I took a Qtip and carefully pulled out the remaining lint in the airflow opening. After three times of doing this, it looked like all the lint was out of the blade area. This may be something I will have to do frequently to keep the blades from binding.

Stopped working after 5 uses.
This lint shaver is an oversized waste of money.The power of the shaver slows considerably when put against fabric.This product quit working after about 5 uses.Don't waste your money.

Saved my expensive sweater!
After my sweater appeared to have been ruined in the wash by being completely covered in pilling, I decided I had to try to revive it & bought this lint remover because of it's jumbo size. It was easy to use & extremely effective! A must have tool that I plan to share with everyone I know.
