They are Great. They slide thru beautifully
I read previous reviews, that they get stuck on the material. And also bought a set on Amazon that were actually slightly rusty. But these are PERFECT. They are well made and run smooth on the material as I pin them. And got them on sale. Yay, just made my day. As I am making masks for family and relatives and have my own assembly line going. These pins are gonna make my day run smoothly. Thank you Joanns.

Not stainless steel!!!
The product title for this product (as of 1/29/2007) is "Stainless Crafter's Ball Point Pins"... This implies that the pins are stainless steel, which is not the case--they are actually standard nickel-plated steel.
I would not have purchased these pins this had I known this.

Joann.com: Please omit the word "stainless" in the product title to avoid confusing your customers (and also please carry bona fide stainless-steel straight pins as they are very hard to find!)
