Excellent product, especially w/ a broken wrist.
I broke my wrist six months ago. When I was finally able to use it again, I found that pressing down my quilting ruler onto the fabric I was cutting was difficult and painful. It was also difficult to hold it in place. I had tried one of these ruler grips in a sewing class, so I thought it might be the perfect solution to my problem. It was. I no longer have trouble keeping the ruler in place without causing pain and discomfort. In fact, it would have been great to have even before I broke my wrist. It is so much easier to cut using the grip. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you have any wrist or arm issues that reduce your strength.

Doe not stick to all my rulers. The slightly texture ones and it does not stick. If The marking on the ruler is raised it won’t work

Great finger tip protecter

Works great!

Wonderful to protect fingers
I bought this after my rotary cutter slipped and cut the tip of my finger including nail, causing a trip to urgent care and 4 stitches right before Christmas! It attaches with great suction and holds the ruler very well. My husband is even happy knowing my fingers are better protected. Very happy with it so far

I bought this item and several other things on my last trip to Joann Fabric and wasn't disappointed. your stores are easy to find things and your staff are wonderful the gal I had last in Brainerd and I laughed a lot about using certain items my experience was plain fun... I have used my Suction cup ruler grip for a short time and find it easy to use and I don't have to hunt under fabrics to find my ruler because the gripper sticks up on my table...

Terrible!
My closest Jo-Anne's is an hour from my house; so I made a 2 hour round trip to purchase this item, only to get home and it DIDN'T work!! At first I believed it was that my rulers were to narrow, so I attempted to attach it to the fried and NO, it does not work. Now I have to decide if I just want to trash it or waist 2 more hours.

Great concept in theory
Thought this would be just the ticket for keeping my long rulers steady for perfectly straight cuts. The concept seems so simple and guaranteed to work with the pressure being spread out more evenly and comfortably. In practice, it is more work to set up and work around that it is worth. Save you money for something else.
