Toolbox necessity!
I love this chalk for garment making. It doesn't "set" into your fabric and is easy to get out of your fabric if you've made a mistake that you may need to get rid of quickly. Just be very careful to not break your chalk or it will crumble into many pieces. Although the pieces are still usable it can be a headache.

Love this Chalk !!
This is a great marking tool. I prefer the chalk over the pencils and markers. The white chalk wipes off easy on fabric, however the blue; depends on what fabric you use. The chalk will come off in the wash, or with a damp cloth. Great for making marks on fabric. This is a product for all the pattern makers/ drapers out there.

Best marking tool
I love the tailor's chalk and would recommend it to everyone. Goes on easy and quick no over rubbing and comes off in a flash when you want it to. I have had to try all of the other markers and found them sorely lacking. They either wouldn't hardly mark or you couldn't hardly see them. This goes on quick and comes off easily when you want it to. Wouldn't use anything else when I don't have to...

Love this stuff
Have used this many many years for dart marking and for marking where sewing lines are on tote pockets. It's great. Just wipe with a damp cloth and the chalk marks disappear! No washing of article required. Keep the edges sharp with the sharpener on the top of the holder and you will always have a crisp mark too.
