Rated 1 out of 5 by from horrible this is double stick. when you line the inside of the outer hoop the tape cover comes loose and the residue sticks to the project! ruined my work and i had to re-enmbroider those areas. it ruined my hoop because it cannot be removed. it had no instructions either
