Will NEVER buy this again!!
This is the worst fusible I have ever used. Please bring back lite Steam a Seam 2 in your Joann stores!!!! This stuff is ridiculous lyrics impossible to get off the fabric.

Yuck!
Too thick and inflexible. NOT 'Steam a Seam' equivalent. Please bring back Steam a Seam and Steam a Seam lite! I've been purchasing elsewhere but would rather be able to run to my local JoAnn's when I need it.

Awful!
Will never use again. Paper would not come off of the fabric once it was ironed on.

Not easy
It's like working with contact paper. Will not buy again. Please start carrying Stream A Seam 2 again. I know it's back on the market.

Frustrating
Dear JoAnn's, Please start stocking Lite Steam-a-Seam 2 again! I hate this so-called "EZ" because there's no way to remove it EZ-ily (easily) when you have stitched through it. I tried removing it first & using my Old Reliable, waxed paper, as a stabilizer, but it bonded to the waxed paper. Now, I have to go online to order Lite Steam-a-Seam 2. Unhappy!

Terrible product. Don't waste your money
I returned this product for a refund. I never bother to do that and had to drive 20 miles to do it! It is difficult to draw your design on the paper side. Once fused to your fabric the side with your drawing does not want to stay on and the other side does not want to release. Worst fusible product I have ever used and will never use again or recommend it to anyone!

EZ Steam? NOT!
This is an awful alternative to Steam-a-Seam, which I have used successfully for years. Paper does not come off and the material itself is stiff. Will buy all the Steam-a-Seam I can find elsewhere and hope the product is not gone for good.

Great for applique
I use Pellon for all of my fusibles, and EZ-Steam is a favorite paper-backed fusible. Easy to use!

Frustrating.
Overall disappointed...I used to buy "steam a seam" but think pellon bought them out so now forced to use this. I hate it! Paper backing falls off while cutting and although it says it is a permanent hold, it can NOT be washed even inside out without falling off. Exploring other options.

Horrible stuff.
If I could give this a 0 star rating I would. I've used the Lite Steam a Seam product forever, and found that this was the new product that Joann was carrying. It is not at all comparable and I will never buy it again. Absolutely awful product.

It takes some getting used to
I didn't like it at first - but now I use it all the time! I use a tweezer to pick it up off the paper and then fold the paper back a small bit at a time as I press it onto my project.

Worst fusible product EVER!!
This product doesn't even come close to Steam a Seam. Very difficult to work with and not good results. Will never purchase again. I'll keep looking for Steam a Seam!

Horrible Product
Over the years I had purchased Steam-a-Seam 2 from Warm and Natural from Joann's. When I shopped for the same product this time, all Joann's carried was the Pellon equivalent. Sorry to say that the Pellon equivalent is not worth purchasing. I follow the directions explicitly, but could not peel away the glossy side of the paper from the fusible web. As a result, the product ruined the applique and I had to figure out an alternative way to fuse the applique to the foundation fabric. I will never purchase this Pellon produce gain.

No comparison to Steam-a-Seam
This product gives a very stiff seam on light weight fabrics even though it is billed as light weight. The drape was very poor. I am going back to Steam-a-Seam and hope Joann's will also.

So called pressure sensitive does not stick.
I purchased the 1/4 inch tape to hold down the back side of a quilt binding so I wouldn't have to use pins. The glue is not strong enough to hold to cotton fabric. Pulling the paper off was not easy, but I did figure out a way of making it happen: About a half inch or from the end fold the paper back on itself and crease it. Then pull the paper to tear it. The crease will usually cause the paper to tear without tearing the fusible.
My biggest problem was the the tape did not stick down on the binding. And by the time I had pulled the tape off it was all over the place. Funny, though, it would stick to my fingers just fine. I didn't save the time I had hoped vs using pins. I would have been better off using plain stitch witchery.

TERRIBLE
This product is nothing like the original Steam-a-Seam 2 Lite. Please bring back the original. The new is impossible to work with in doing applique.

I used this product for the first time, and tried on a Celtic project. Its a good product to use when making bias for Celtic. I would love, however, if it was cut just under quarter inch. I think it would fit the Clover bias maker (one step - light green), and be more user friendly. It works fine, applied to bias folded strips using the 1/4" older model bias maker.

fresh makes a difference
I commented negatively below, but found out from my local quilt shop that this stuff is great when it is fresh. If it sits on the store shelf, it dries out, even in the sealed bag. For home storage be sure to keep sealed in a zip loc bag every minute you are not cutting it, and once you cut it, place it- don't let it set or it dries out and can't be restored. It's the best on the market currently.

Awful
I purchased this because JoAnn's didn't have the steam a seam I had used previously. This stuff is awful. One side comes off easily- the other side does not. It took me a ridiculous amount of time to remove the backing and I could not do it without some of the product sticking to itself. I will hunt for steam a seam because it is a far superior product.

Gums up needle of sewing machine
Unlike the Steam-A-Seam that Joann's used to carry, this product leaves guumy residue on the needle. If you don't need to stitch your project, the product is great.

Worst ever
This stuff didn't work well the first day that I bought it, and even though I kept it sealed, it worked worse every day since. At first it was hard to peel off, but after a few days (opened then sealed with the zip loc bag), it seemed to dry to the shiny side and not peel off for anything. I tried heating it slightly and then it melted into a holey mess. Awful. There's got to be something better than this.

I bought this today and it is awful. You can't draw on it and it is almost impossible to peel the backing off, what happened to Steam a Steam anyway. I do a lot of fusing and it took me 4 times as long to do one thing today. Please bring back Steam a Steam.

Worst
I regret using this product in sewing items I sell. The bond is not half as strong as Steam to Seam. I already got two complaints from my customers since starting this product a month ago. Steam to Seam is much easier to work with and the bond is much stronger.

EZ- steam
This product is terrible. Once on the fabric the other paper side will not come off. I've been sewing for over 50 years and have never seen anything like this. I will buy Steam-a-Seam at my local quit shop. Paying a little bit more for a better product is well worth it.

Terrible!
The Pellon EZ Steam is the farthest thing from "EZ" to use. One side of the paper backing comes off easily but the other side gets stuck. I've had to throw away appliques because this product either rolled up on itself and stuck to itself or the backing just would not come off. Bring back Steam a Seam!!!!

EZ Seam
This product is the worst I've ever used in making appliqué quilts. The slick shiny side won't peel off and it folds back on itself, and if you can ever get it started then it scrunches up and large pieces won't come off in a single sheet. It causes much waste not to mention the frustration of trying to get it to work and wasted time. Took the joy of sewing away. Please bring back Steam-A-Seam2!!!

When is it coming back?????
