I would buy this again
I made a quilted jacket for my son, and this was great for what I needed. It was very soft and I would definitely buy more next time for any quilting project. Great price as well.

Fleece batting for placement project
Used the fleece batting for placemats I am making as Christmas presents. It was perfect for this project. The 90” length is great and the price was a very good value.

Not what I expected
I was a little disappointed in this particular batting which I used for some placemats. It was okay, but a little bulky for the work I used it for.

Great light batting
My favorite type of batting for light summer-y quilts. It has never broken apart. And due to my inability to measure things I have sewn batting scraps together into a larger Franken-batting.

Soft and Easy
The fleece batting was pleasantly soft and easy to work with. I needed batting for a photo quilt wall hanging, and didn't want it to shrink at all or the photo prints would distort. I usually use cotton batting for quilts, so was pleased that this low-loft batting was easy to use. Great for the wall hangings.

90" polyester batting. Used in lap size quilts.
Width of batting good for lap size quilts, no need for piecing. Weight of batting could be heavier.

Festive FALL quilt
I purchased the batting for a queen size quilt that I made. I also purchased the material for the backing. It has acorns on it which complements the top of the quilt that has several fabrics with leaves on them.

Batting
Would not buy again. It stretched and the one side leaves clumps of batting. I have bought before and not this problem. Could just be a bad batch.

The WORST
I must have received a bad batch of batting as the reviews were favorable. I sew all the time for the children's shelter. As with everyone, the materials are donated by me!
I stretched out my cut of batting for a quilt top, the top layer was pulling off into a ball of cotton-like fluff. Choose to give this a fair try. (I don't use adhesive sprays!) I started to smoothed the quilt top on top of the batting. Then, I had to lift the quilt top to move it over a bit... sadly, the top layer of batting lifted away like loose fluff and was stuck to the back of my quilt. What a mess. Figured it would be a wadded ball of mess when the quilt gets washed. Decided to return this product. THE STORE WOULD ONLY CREDIT THE UNCUT PIECE. NOT CREDIT THE PIECE I CUT FOR THE SMALL BABY QUILT TOP. I tried to explain to the manager that this piece was damaged and of poor quality. He would not work with me!

You won’t go wrong with this batting!
I needed a batting to machine quilt a wall hanging. I didn’t want batting that would be to heavy to hang up. This brand was lightweight enough for hanging yet good enough to machine quilt my designs.

Lightweight, just right
Nice lightweight option for quilting a throw for my daughter. I did not want anything too heavy. Also I liked the density of the batting as it was not really cheap looking. I can't wait to see my finished quilt. I hope my daughter loves it!

Great for baby playmat
Used it as batting for a baby playmat. Easy to sew through with cotton fabric either side, and pliable without being too hard for the baby on the floor.

This is the perfect batting for our quilts that we make for missions, including the nursing home, graduating seniors and also for the tornado victims of Taopi, Iowa. And the price is awesome.

Fairfield. Fleece polyester batting
I liked this product, I usually buy a non fleece cotton batting, thought I would try this as it was less money. I think the cotton sticks to Cotton best but this was good. Cotton batting needs less quilting. This fleecy batting requires quilting every 4 inches. I think this is more transparent, meaning I can see the fabrics through it when held up to light. For the money saved if this does not bother you than buy it. I pre wash my battings and had no problem doing that with this batting, I use delicate wash and low heat in the dryer. Machine needles go through easily, had no problem sewing. I am an experienced quilter and have tried many battings through the years. I would recommend this as a low cost alternative.
