Fisher pinking shears
They struggle to pop back open when you’re cutting, so you have to force it.

Disappointed
Jerky retracting motion, not smooth, and won’t open back all the way.

They are a little stiff to use but will perhaps loosen up after more use.

Nothing ordinary about these scissors
I have arthritis and sometimes find it difficult to cut with regular scissors. These scissors are fantastic they spring action , which require a little effort to cut. They are just perfect. I would recommend them even if you do not have problems with your hands because it cuts, so smooth and easy.

Love them
Easy grip handle and spring action makes these shears easy to use. I only have one hand available for cutting fabric and these shears provide me with control and less mistakes.

Improved Pinking Shears
I bought these pinking shears to replace my old ones that are at least 40 years old and take effort to use. This new design makes cutting much easier and the action is smooth.

Horrible Shears
Just purchased these pinking shears. No matter what I do, they will not open more than an inch at a time. They are stiff and hurt my hand. Luckily, I saved the receipt. Save yourself the money and frustration from buying these useless scissors.

Easy Action scissors = more cutting time and enjoyment
I have problems with my hands hurting from arthritis. I have a regular pare of easy Action scissors and was very pleased to see they had them for pinking shears as well. If your hands hurt try easy Action scissors from fiskars. You won't be sorry you did! Love these scissors.

Beats my old shears by a long shot!
It has a spring back action to help anyone with arthritis use these shears. To get a better cut through multiple layers of fabric, push the material further back into the shears. Works awesome on seams of just two pieces of cotton fabric, gets a nice long cut on these types of seams! Hands down better than my 55-year old pinking shears that I could barely operate any longer!

Sharp cut and a spring miss
Scissors arrived this morning and I was excited to get started on my project cutting strips to make a fabric garland for our Christmas tree.
While the balance of the scissors is great, the design for spring action is a huge miss and lacks thumb opening to compensate, making the project nearly impossible to complete.
Pass up this pair and any pair that lacks a thumb opening regardless of the Fiskars name.

Great for arthritis!
As an arthritis sufferer, normal scissors and shears are very painful to use. These spring loaded pinking shears are a perfect compliment to all my other spring loaded scissors from Fiskars. I couldn’t continue seeing without them!

Worth it!
Bought these because I borrowed my mom's pinking shears and they were so stiff to operate and rough on my hands, I got a bruise. These are a dream in comparison! Absolutely worth it with the amount I've had to use them so far. The narrow design also fits easily into my sewing box, better than normal scissors.

Great design.
I have hand issues from an accident when I was a child. Traditional scissors cause fatigue but these allow for ease of cutting fabric with little challenge.

Best pinking shears
I like the spring action on these scissors. It is easier on the hands when cutting a large amount of fabric.

A little dab'l do ya.
These are fairly light, comfortable, sharp. The action is a bit stiff so the spring action lacks bounce, but I'm sure a dot of sewing machine oil will help it along just fine.

Jamming Problem
I bought a pair because I am left handed, so I was excited to use these. But sadly they keep getting stuck and I have to use both hands to pry them open. All I have been cutting has been two thin layers of Polyester lining fabric..

don't waste your money
I purchased these scissors with the hope they would be easy to operate with my arthritic hands, however, they absolutely did not spring open after making a cut. There was no spring action in these scissors, I returned them.

Its so hard to find a good pair of pinking shears when you're left handed and these definitely do the trick and save your hands at the same time!
