Wrong size cutter
The description indicates the set includes a 28mm cutter, but it is actually a 18mm cutter. Other than that, it seems ok.

Amazing for beging quiltere
The most fun thing is the rotating mat. Turns smothly so your piece work does not slip. Rotery cuttet is perfect size for going around curves. I think it could be the musy buy for crafters goung to shows and or meets.
