by from Need to be honest about size I bought 10 of these cones because I am throwing a crayon themed birthday party for my son. I though I would put these cones on PVC pipe and make crayons. The PVC pipe is 4 inches. That is what your website said the cone was. I open up my package of 10 and they are 3 7/8's. I don't even know if it will work now. I am NOT happy.
