The best melting chocolate that I have found for chocolate fondue! Literally melts in your mouth delicious! We make fondue often and Ghirardelli is our go to. 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup of sugar and slowly add in chocolate, stirring until melted.

The best chocolate for dipping!
I use to make strawberries for my family and friends! And I would do tons of research on what’s the best melting chocolate/what’s the best tasting melting chocolate, then I came across these meting wafers. And guys this is the best in the game! These have so many uses, chocolate covered strawberries, pretzels, marshmallows, anything you can think of! Meltability: 10/10! Taste: 10/10!

GREAT TASTE!
First time trying these Ghirardelli candy making wafers milk chocolate. I have tried other brands and either they were too waxy tasting, too strong of a vanilla taste or something. Sometimes I had to add some plain white wafers to the chocolate to get a milk chocolate taste. I love making candy though, usually make it at Christmas for the family but I have been experimenting with other chocolates recently and this brand seems to have a Great taste, melts well and covers things like oreo cookies very well. I will be buying more!

I have used Ghirardelli wafers, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate for dipping candies and other goodies. The wafers always melt well and the taste is hands down the best I've ever used.

Great Coating Chocolate
Used these to make chocolate covered peanut butter eggs and they worked great. Chocolate was really smooth and set up perfectly when cooled. We melted it in the microwave, but you will need to reheat it up if coating the items takes some time.

Really easy!
Really easy to melt. We just set our stove to the lowest setting and slowly let it melt without having it burn! My little one wanted to make cake pops and this was the perfect touch to dip them into! Will definitely be purchasing again! The taste of the chocolate was amazing!!
