Good solution
I wanted to make moose crunch (popcorn with almonds and chocolate) without the caramel that holds it together. I'd tried melting chocolate chips but couldn't get it liquid enough to "drizzle" without thinning it, and then it wouldnt harden well. This product melted and I could drizzle it from a fork or spoon enough to hold all the bits together. Then I put it in the fridge, it hardened, and stayed hard when I brought it to room temp. Moose crunch without the guilt! (And less dental cavity prone!)

This chocolate tastes excellent. I bought a bag of these so I could make chocolate covered pretzels then decided to also pour some into a candy mold. I tried eating one of the molded pieces and it was so good.

I make chocolate covered strawberries and I love the dark chocolate. It’s easy to do by just melting the chocolate then dipping strawberries and I also use bananas. Place on wax paper to set then enjoy.
