LOVE my Ginghers
Gingher's are always AMAZING. I got a pair in college and had them for years and years and years till they were lost in a move and they were still sharp. NEVER use for paper but if you take care of them they will last a really, super, extremely long time (as long as you don't lose them, of course). For fabric I would never use anything else.

Best scissors ever.
I bought a pair of these scissors when I was in college, 43 years ago...I still have the original pair. I have two residences and like to keep scissors in both places. They are the best and the only ones that stay sharp for many years...I will not buy any other brand. You can also send them to Gingher and they will sharpen free of charge, you just pay shipping.

A Must Have
I run a felt flower business and use these Gingher scissors A LOT! Could not believe the difference a good pair of scissors made. I was worried about it not being coated for hand comfort but somehow they’ve managed to make metal comfortable! I purchased upon recommendation from other felt floral crafters and although a bit expensive worth every penny especially when using Joann’s coupon.

The Best Scissors
My hands & arms are not what they used to be; so the 7" scissors are perfect. They are not too heavy; yet cut everything perfectly that I work with in sewing. I also bought another pair for cutting paper that I use in sewing. I have marked them "paper." They are great in both aspects!

The Best Scissors
I bought the Gingher scissors and fell in love with them. I hesitated at first because they aren't the cheapest but an employee at the store told me how great they were. I decided to go for it and am so happy I did.
I keep them put away inside a cabinet with my sewing supplies, and told my family if I catch anyone using them on paper or anything that they will be in trouble. Nobody has touched them but me. They are sturdy, sharp, and durable. They are worth every penny. For sewing and crafting, I will only buy Gingher.

Excellent scissors for the to-go bag
The Gingher 7inch dressmaker scissors are the perfect size to put in your to-go bag. Cutting pieces for my The Splendid Sampler quilt is an easy to do with them. They are sturdy and very shark. Fit the hand nicely for small projects.

Quality for generations
I bought these a while ago, but even before that i knew I would love them. I grew up using my mother's gingher scissorsafor sewing projects....we weren't allowed to use them for anything except fabric and thread...and I had to have my own. I was thrilled to finally find them. I treat mine like they're the crown jewels, but i know they don't need to be, my mother's didn't have that luxury and they cut just as beautifully. Truely the quality of these scissors has never changed. A pair bought in the 1973 cuts as smooth as silk and so does a pair bought in the '90's as will a pair bought today. All they need is a little common sense maintenance.

Long Lasting!
I studied fashion design in high school and my senior year my dad bought me this pair of scissors. They cut fabric like butter and I had no problems with the fibers getting damaged in the process. It has now been six years since I've had these and I've never had to sharpen them, yet they still cut the same way they did when I first got them. I would definitely keep buying Gingher product. They're a little on the pricier side, but they definitely pay off so I'm not really bothered by it!

Gingher is the Cadillac of scissors! I have been using Ginghers for years, from the first time I heard about them. I have small, child size hands and the 7" scissors are much easier to use. This is a spare pair (sometimes I forget where I put my scissors). They are well worth the cost

AWSOME!
I have bought approx. 8 pair already. We sew w/4-H students in the summer and are now starting a county sewing lab w/all volunteers. I've bought several other brands at various cost & had the students & teachers compare. NO COMPARISON We had 8" already but they to not as easy to work with for small & medium hands. The volunteers are hooked immediately.
