How To Get It

  • Can be used with the Sizzix Big Shot Machine
  • With the Big Shot, we recommend laying down the clear cutting plate, then chipboard, then die, and finally the second clear cutting plate. Please note that it does take multiple pass (4 - 5 at least) to cut

Grafix chipboard sheets come to you completely bare so you can dress them up however you would like! Paint, ink, stamp sand distress the cover with paper fibers and fabric, stitch, die-cut, layer and even create a handmade album...the possibilities are endless.

However my machine was able to cut it in two passes by increasing the blade depth on the second pass. There is a lot potential with this material!! The picture shows my project, an almost 11 in square monogram!

Tried in my Cricut Explore with deep cut blade, multiple passes, and it broke off the tip of the blade. I do like the chipboard though. It's great for so many other things.

A++++++++++ Bought this some time ago ... and found a great use for it --- lining project boxes / so that the bottom of the box becomes completely flat / to store wooden / rubber / stamps --- adding one more on top of the stamps allows for double stacking !!! This is truly using your project boxes to the fullest !!! Although they stink like a " Cow Farm " --- as with other recycled products do ... I will still rate this item very high ... and consider purchasing more. Just let your friends know the stink is the product ... and not you !!! Ha ! Ha !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very sturdy I bought this product to create a mini boxed album. It's very thick(which I needed it to me for this project) but still cuts smoothly on my Fiskar cutter. I use the graphic 45 collectors edition of once upon a springtime paper crafting sat on the box.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yes it goes through the Cricut Explore!!!!! I thought that it would be a little thicker but that is the risk when buying something online you have never seen. I was weary about this since it says it cannot be used with any cricut machines, however the explore is a new machine and the reviews are a few years old at least. I got this in the mail....and proceeded to use it within an hour. we were already in the middle of a project when I got it. I am more than excited to say that my explore loaded just fine with this chip board on the heavy stick mat, it cut smooth cuts fantastically with the deep cut blade and on more than 90% of the cuts it went all the way through. There were just a few small spots were I had to flip the board over and go over the line with an exacto knife to get the last layer. I cut 4 leaves 3 inches and 2 leaves 2 inches and it did not snag one bit. with some other chipboard we were using the machine caught on material and made jagged leaves in spots. this was smooth! way happy. I would say that this chipboard is most likely the thickest the explore could handle. I am needing some thicker stronger board for other crafts that I do, but for cutting on the cricut explore this is phenomenal.

Save cereal boxes, yhe cardboard that comes in paper packs,also I save the cardboard in my cat food boxes, and thats what I use for the Cricut Machine. To make it easier glue your paper to the saved cardboard, I make all my ABC's and everything doing it this way.Just save this Grafix for books etc. Have fun ladies.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for mini albums, papercrafts I never want to run out of these medium chipboards. Use a quilter's rotary cutter or I used my carl's rotary trimmer to cut them. They are too thick for cricut machines. I make mini albums, carousel desktop organizer, boxes, and many papercraft projects. Do buy when it's on offer, Just remember, a few slits is better than trying to cut through it at 1 go.
