Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heat'n Bond lite was just what I needed It worked great for my machine embroidery. It was just what I needed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from would not be without it I bought a roll of 75 yards from JoAnns several years ago while living in the South Pacific. I have used well over 3/4 of it and even constant exposure to the heat and humidity of the islands haven't harmed it. I do quite a bit of applique in my quilts and find this product a real time-saver. I also find the rolls allow me the flexibility (and less wasteage) than using sheets of fusible, and more economical. I also like Lite Steam a Seam, but haven't found it in rolls.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from a must have in my stash i use this at Christmas time especially. so many Christmas prints lend themselves to making appliques of them. HnB is something i keep on hand like sugar or milk and bread. i have used it to applique patches onto a quilt in need of repair. just make a star or heart or whatever to cover the tear and it looks like part of the design. i have used it to just hold a patch in place on knees of jeans and it makes it so much easier to hold the patch in place and you come out with a much smoother patch that doesn't move off kilter. i made a cute snowman wall hanging at Christmas for a friend, and i am sure i would still be working on it if i hadn't had HnB to hold it in place while stitching around the edges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heat-n-bond Lite Heat-n-Bond is basically a double sided innerfacing made of a thin sheet of meltable plastic. I prefer the lite version since I use it for applique work. Instead of pinning appliques in place before sewing, I iron them in place. This is both less labor intensive and makes a cleaner bond with the finished garment.
