This high-density foam is long lasting and conforms to the California Bureau of Home Furnishings Fire Retardant Code 117-2013. It is made of polyurethane foam.

Our chairs were worn after 10+ years of use and I decided to strip them back to the bare wood and reupholster. I used this thin foam to give some extra cushioning to the seats. I was particularly pleased that it had a ticket attached confirming safety requirements. It was a deal as there was a 50% coupon for online purchase. Foam is expensive! The sheets are larger than other retailers and I was able to finish my project with 2 sheets for 6 chairs and have some left over. I did cut up all left over foam to use as stuffing for other projects.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from flexible and sturdy I bought this foam in order to make a life-size bald eagle stuffed animal for my church's Vacation Bible School program. I designed and hand stitched the entire bird. The foam helped keep the 7-feet wings stay up in a flight position and allowed me to hand sew the fake fur onto it. The school started this week and the kids are.loving the eagle! I hope to get each of their classes to hover under "Liberty" (the name of the eagle) for group photos! Here are a few photos, one of Liberty hanging over the stage backdrop.

It is perfect for my wares as I can cut the size needed and slide a piece in between each dish to transport in my containers. So much easier than wrapping everything in several pieces of bubble wrap. Saves time as well as no slippage in transport,very durable as well. i won't have to buy new every year like I do with the bubble wrap. I love this stuff!
