DIRECTIONS:
- 1 yd Fabric A (large print) 1/4 yd Fabric B (small print) four large grommets 1 1/4 yd medium weight interfacing
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut two pieces of pre-washed, pressed fabric that measures 13" x 36" each from Fabric A.
- Attach interfacing to wrong side of one 13" x 36" piece according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Place two 13" x 36" pieces together, right sides facing, and stitch around the perimeter, 1/2" from the edges and with a 6" opening. Cut off corners without getting too close to the the stitching.
- Turn right side out, press. Topstitch entire perimeter, including opening.
- Attach grommets to each corner according to manufacturer's instructions, 1" in from each edge.
- Cut two pieces of fabric that measure 5.5" x 9.75" from Fabric B. Fold top long edge inward 1/4" and press. Fold top long edge inward again 1/4" and press. Topstitch along long edge. Repeat for second piece.
- Iron short sides inward 1/4". Place top left corner 1/2" in from the left edge of the base fabric, and 10" down from top of the base fabric. Edgestitch. Place opposite short side right corner 5.5" in from the left edge of the base fabric and 10" down from top of the base fabric. Edge stitch. Fold remaining fabric in at the edges so that they match up with edge-stitched edges. Pin in place and edge stitch to close bottom of pocket.
- Repeat with second pocket. Place top right corner 1/2" in from the right edge of the base fabric, and 10" down from top of the base fabric. Edgestitch. Place opposite short side left corner 5.5" in from the right edge of the base fabric and 10" down from top of the base fabric. Edgestitch. Repeat process of folding fabric in at the edges as in step 7.
- To create the bottom pocket, fold top long edge inward 1/4" and press. Fold top long edge inward again 1/4" and press. Topstitch along long edge.
- Fold short sides inward 1/4" and press. Place bottom left corner 1/2" in from the left edge of the base fabric and 2.5" from the bottom of the base fabric. Edgestitch in place. Place opposite short side bottom right corner 1/2" in from the right edge of the base fabric and 2.5" from the bottom of the base fabric. Find the center of the long pocket and the center of the base fabric and stitch from top to bottom of the pocket. Measure 1" in from short edges and then fold fabric back 1" and pin. Measure 5" towards the center to make a similar fold. Pin in place on both pockets. Edgestitch along the entire bottom of pockets.
- Intended for use with 7" x 5.5" magnetic mirror at the top and 11" x 8.5" magnetic dry erase board between top and bottom pockets. Add magnetic hooks to locker, use grommets to hang.
