Beginner 1-2 Hours

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • Spring Floral Stems
  • Wire Cutters
  • 12" Embroidery Hoop
  • 1/4 yd Tulle
  • Scissors
  • Hot Glue Gun

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place the tulle fabric inside the embroidery hoop and pull it tightly.
  2. Cut apart the floral stems, keeping the flowers, leaves, and any other elements to be used in the arrangement.
  3. Lay out the floral elements and begin hot gluing in place. Keep in mind that the hot glue will seep through the tulle netting, so be sure not to glue elements to work surface.
  4. Keep gluing until desired look is achieved.

JOANN HACKS:

  • Start by laying out the larger elements, like larger flowers and such, before adding on leaves and smaller sprigs. Then when desired look is achieved, glue the elements in place. Place some smaller pieces on their own on the tulle to achieve a floating look.
