Beautiful! Despite color/labeling quality control
Beautiful buttons, but one of four packs was a different color (way too much black aging paint; labeled “ant gold”) 3 of the packs were the same as the packs I purchased in the store (an aged champagne gold with just a hint of black aging paint but labeled “ant silver”) Fortunately the final pack was a “backup” for my renaissance doublet so not a big deal. The buttons are solid, stunning, and look much more expensive than they were.
In other words, on line calls these buttons “gold.” But one of the packages says “ant gold,” the other 3 say “ant silver” and the ones in the store say “ant silver.” All have the Same product number!! None are even remotely silver. The “ant silver” is a dark champagne gold with a hint of black aging. The “ant gold” is the one with lots of black aging. Both are beautiful but the “ant silver” (which is gold, not silver) makes this weird quality control well worth the process.
