Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing. The smell is awful I bought them for my 2 years old son, they attracted me because of the size. It was very disappointing when they came. Animals do not look natural, like cow or even horse. The smell is awful, it is a mixture of paint and plastic, you do not want to really play with such toy. I guess I return them, I do not think Ic can fix this smell even if a wash them many times. I do not recommend this product, get Schleich instead, it's pricey but never had any issues with smell.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Could be better to the eye I love how big the animals are. Very fun for creative play, but the legs weren't all even sizes so the animals wouldn't always stand up. Also, the paint job on the animals was horrible. Lots of random marks. And the color very drab. This box that I got looked like a box of animals that should have been rejected due to poor quality.

I'm currently on Thanksgiving break and with my nieces in town, I let them play with these animals during their visit. They are 2 and 3 years old. They enjoyed playing with these animals (along w/jungle animals and pets) and were engaged for about 30-45 minutes over the course of a few days. They participated in imaginative play and used them to enhance their zoo trip conversation. These animals are durable and the girls could easily grip all the animals due to their big size. What wasn't so great? Some of the animals were really big and the proportions were a little odd - not this kit so much, but the pets (dog & cat) compared to the other sets (jungle, zoo) were somewhat huge (monkey was much smaller). I would recommend and know that kids will enjoy playing w/these animals.

They are very tactile for small hands and my daughter spends hours making them move and making the sounds. Although they have a seal mark around some of the animals they are sturdy and durable. The only thing odd about the set is the pig looks as though it has nail varnish on!

The horse is painted yellow, the cow is deflated and misshapen, all of the animals have bad paint jobs with smears of the wrong color here and there. The base on the goose is misshapen, the sheep leans, the pig has a hole on the top of his head. Very poorly made. Cheaply manufactured. Disappointed.

They have been the go to when we need to grab something for the car or a road trip. They are a bit expensive, but I feel they are worth it. I've ordered others sets and they are great also!

They are a great size and pretty safe in softness. These are great as visual learning. We have all of the Jumbo Series animal sets! I highly recommend it. They are all great investments for learning. I just wish they would have more animals to the sets instead of just 5 or 6. They are excellent for little hands!

They are jumbo & perfect for his little hands. I wish they would be a bit more on the softer side. But we are hooked on these sets! Must have all the Jumbo series animals.

She received several (too many!) other battery-operated toys - those are now collecting dust in her playroom. These animals are by far her favorite, great for solo playtime, imagination games and in the tub. She loves making the animal's noises and getting them to 'talk' to each other. Sometimes the simplest toys are the best!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from could be better I love the concept and size of these animals. The horse in our set does not stand up. The cow leans and so does the sheep. The goat is wonderful and so is the duck and rooster. It is frustrating to my young daughter when she tries to stand the horse up and it is impossible. I have tried to contact the company and was told they would call back. They have not yet. The preschool I work for also bought a set and their horse does not stand either. I am hopeful that the company will respond to my call and fix the problem... It would be a wonderful, creative set for little hands if the horse stood properly and the cow and sheep stood straight.

Gabby's favorite things are animals, so when I saw these, I knew she would enjoy them. I just didn't know how much! They are great to stick a couple in my purse or toy bag to take along for errands or ball games. I have gotten several compliments on them already. I would definitely recommend them!
