Hocus Pocus for the WIN
Our Hocus Pocus comstumes turned out PERFECT!! For some one with no experience and a hot glue gun it couldn't have gone smoother. The fabric was easy to work with and sold at an excellent price. I was able to order online at work and pick-up on my way home without any time wasted.

Decent for the price
Good quality velvet, if inexpensive. It does shed a lot when cutting.

Loved it
I bought this because it caught my eyes and thought it would be a perfect fall/winter wear! I just hassled with getting the material to sit right with out it folding so much but other than that I love it. I’m buying more in different colors!

Right for the Price
I bought this in red to make a devil costume for my granddaughter. I’m usually not very good at sewing stretchy fabrics, but this has been a pleasure to work with! Will consider using again for other projects in the future, especially when it is on sale!

Great find!
I was searching for a velvet knit that was budget friendly, and here came this beauty. Fabric has amazing stretch, isnt seethrough , and suprisingly good quility. Hairs on the fibers got stuck in my machine a few times , but otherwise this fabric is perfect for your your clothing / costume needs

Cost-effective for light use
Fabric was used for a costume and was exactly what I needed. It's a little light and if I was making a commercial garment I would definitely have added a liner, but for personal (and rare) use it was fine. Fabric has a nice amount of stretch to it, which I liked, but I wouldn't expect it to stand up to significant wear & tear -- fancy dog-bed material this is not. For what I needed, this was perfect. Would definitely buy again.

Vibrant colors, wonderful feel & great price
I have worked with this crushed panne velvet making several cloaks over the last year or so. It is very soft to the touch, has a wonderful flow to it. It does have a nap. The colors are vibrant and rich and make you feel special when wearing it. And the cost compared to velvet is less expensive. Working with it sometimes is like working with water, a fluid motion.

Pretty Good Fabric for the Price
I bought this crushed velvet to make a flowing cape. It may not be the heavier, true velvet some folks look for but it has an excellent flow to it and I didn't have much trouble sewing it at all. I think this is a very good value for the price and worked beautifully for my project.

Perfect color and style!
I bought the dark green to sew into 84" curtain panels for a sliding glass door. I wanted material that had a warm, rich look and feel for the winter season. This was the perfect choice. It was my first experience sewing knit fabric like this, a gentleman employee gave me advice on what kind of needle and thread to use. Panels turned out beautiful. Thank you Joann's for remarkable products and employees!

Great for Price
I bought this material for Halloween last year and it worked great. The fabric does have stretch to it so it might be a little difficult to handle but I worked with it (and I'm no expert) and didn't have too much trouble. It was a cheap price, and the Biking color was great for a red riding good cape!

great fabric for the price
This fabric is very thin, but beautiful. It has a tendency to run on the edges so they will need to but finished. I always by on sale or with a coupon. The colors are rich deep shades. Very stretchy 2 ways. If you need a LOT of beautiful fabric for a great price this is wonderful. I often line it or attach it to a base for structure and strength.

Stretch fabric is a bad choice
I bought this to make a new Santa Suit, but the stretch fabric was awful to work with. Someone should have recommended cotton velour.

Excellent Navy Color
Great fabric that has the appearance of velvet. The navy is a rich navy, where you can tell it's navy. It's not so dark that it appears black.

I bought this to use as a backdrop for my Mosaic and Macrame work. I got two yards and it's very wide so it's a great piece of fabric.

Great features!
It wasn’t what I needed I’m going to take it back to the store in Tulsa Sunday March 4 I have a sample of what I’m needing so maybe they can help me out. Other than that it was a great piece of material and if I could have used it for something I would keep it. Thank you!

Good material for the price
I used this material to cover a antique settee. I will admit that the settee will not be used much other than something pretty to look at. The material is durable enough and looks really nice on the chair. I haven’t finished the project yet but I am almost done!

Cheap material
I have been buying fabric from Joanns almost from the their beginng. I was very disappointed with this fabric. It was very thin and cheap looking. I was not happy. It was for a long skirt to wear to a wedding. I did try to find in store but my local stores did not have it.
