Rated 4 out of 5 by from Did the trick! My daughter enlisted my assistance in decorating her classroom so I bought these rods. It was the perfect answer because we couldn't drill into the cement blocks and sticky adhesive couldn't get a good grip on the rough texture blocks either. I didn't give 5 stars because the metal isn't very strong and started to spread when extended to their max. All the fabric was also purchased at Joann Fabrics. She received so many positive comments from students and parents!
