Love it!
Makes Great washcloths. I prefer reg scrubby yarn for dishes because of the higher texture, but this is the BEST for a nice exfoliating washcloth in the bath. Or use it with a facial mask and your face will feel WONDEEEEEEEEEERFUL! I gave Many of these for gifts and they were Extremely well received. There is that issue with the join and it's not always smooth. When you split nearly any yarn, it's not smooth. At least this does transition. I love it! Takes some time to get used to. And not always easy to work with.

Not for a crochet bath pouf
I used the "crochet bath pouf" pattern from Yarnspirations and I have to say that it got horrible! The bath pouf gets soaked and don't make bubbles! I hated it, not only I threw my time away, but also I will have to undo the bath pouf and use it to another project. Very disappointed!!!

This is a great idea but the yarn doesn't transition well. The smooth cotton yarn is also much heavier than the scrubb. I will use what I bought but will not buy it again.

But sometimes hard to work with when you get to the scrubby part. It's hard to knit those stitches. I do love the yarn overall. The colors are very pretty. But to knit w/it on a constant basis, I won't do. I need to give my eyes a break. The scrubby part isn't as dense as using scrubby yarn. This yarn does make up great washcloths!

I have used this yarn to make dishcloths and washcloths with great success. The joins between the different yarns aren't great, but they hold and the finished projects are lovely. They are also nice and soft.

Scrub Off Dishcloths are the BOMB !!!
I crochet - mixed materials are hard to get used to, but when you do, it produces a lovely dishcloth. My sister-in-laws love it and have requested far more than I can stitch up ! Would buy this even if it wasn't on sale !

Couldn’t crochet with this yarn- very difficult to see the loops, and scrubbing threads kept ‘catching’ on the hook. I much prefer the regular Lily Sugar ‘n Cream for my dishcloths.

Don’t discontinue this!
I made a bunch of dishcloths from this last year for Christmas gifts and everyone’s in love with them! Please don’t discontinue this product! The dishcloths it makes are out of this world! Several people are also using them in the shower and just love them!

Shower puffs
I made six (6) shower puffs for girls at work and one(1) for myself. They loved them. And you don't have to throw them away like the nylon ones you buy in the store. You just throw then into the washer with the bath towels. I but mine in a mesh laundry bag, then put in drier with the towels.

Great concept
I just rolled this up and it feels like it's going to make nice combo cloths. I like the mix of regular yarn with the scrubby, no need to have a scrub pad in the sink now. Nice colors.

Not easy to knit with
Love this for my dish cloths but it is a little harder to knit with. I kept dropping stitches so I had to go much slower to make sure each of the little stands was excluded in each stitch.

Fabulous - but not for what I bought originally
I LOVE this yarn. I originally bought it to make kitchen washcloths but, after knitting them up using a simple seed stitch, I found that it was perfect for use in the shower. It works so much better than a nylon scrubby and they wash up beautifully. I've give a few out to others and they want more ASAP. I can't say enough good things about this product other than I hope I can have an auto delivery set up.

It's yarn
Overall, this is a good yarn. It doesn't have much stretch, but is okay to work with. The "scrub" part of the yarn is difficult to work because you just can't distinguish between stitches. Might return to this once I have a little more experience with crochet!

Was able to work up 2 hand-sized cloths garter stitch on 5.5 mm needles in under 2 hours with plenty of yarn to spare. Using these to clean the bottom tray of my chinchilla’s cage and so far seem promising.
Yarn is nice and rough, and creates interesting designs.
I wanted some nice, expendable, visually interesting rags— for those looking for more polished, even designs, I do want to note that the transition between the two yarns can be bulky and disrupt patterns.
Practically, very useful.

Not good!!
Bought 3 skeins of this new scrub off yard but did not lit it at all, knots all the way through it where they tied 2 different yarns together, I could have done that my self. Wasn't happy with it at all. I prefer the original scrubby yarn.

Nice for dishcloths.
This yarn is perfect for making dishcloth scrubbers. The yarn knits nicely. I like the combination cotton and microfiber for making dishcloths. There are lots of patterns online. The yarn comes is a variety of fun color combinations. I highly recommend.

Probably won't buy again...
Kind of small and low quality for the price. The yarn transitions are anything but smooth and jut out in the fabric. I made two dishcloths out of one skein.

Scrubby Dish Cloth
I enjoy working with this yarn altho it is tricky at first ! Use a J hook and it's much easier to work with and it makes great dish clothes ! Love that you have the regular yarn cloth and the rougher yarn for tougher areas ! My friends love them !

I was expecting the other type of scrubby yarn, also I can’t just use it as a single strand when loom knitting. I love the colors I chose, I wish I had ordered two of each to make it work for my scrubbies. I ended up adding a cotton yarn to it to make my scrubby.

Love this yarn!
I love this yarn for dishcloths! I knit and crochet, and I've tried knitting & crochet with this yarn. I couldn't make crochet work, I kept losing or adding stitches in the loopy part of the yarn and gave up after a few attempts. But knitting was so easy, and worked perfectly! I used size 7 knitting needles, cast on 30 stitches, and just knit in simple garter stitch until I had a square & cast off. Very easy but they look more complicated than they are, great for working on while watching TV. My dishcloths measure 7 inches by 7 inches, very cute and fun and great gifts. Enjoy!
